The location of the fairway Gem is perfect for experiencing the local Arts and Music festival, Mateel Community Center events, outdoor concerts like Northern Nights and KMUD radio events. The Historic Benbow Inn is a 5 minute walk away where local musicians will play for you on the glorious patio encompassed by the Eel River.

Come to the Fairway Gem to be surrounded by Farm to table freshness. You can find fresh fish from Shelter Cove, on Fridays May thru November there is a local Farmers market in the Garberville Town Square full of fresh produce and organic meats, enjoy some of Heather's home grown spices and honey along with local wine that is our pleasure to give to you for your stay. We have many local restaurant recommendations that we are happy to share with you. If you would like an in-house prepared meal or a cooking class, we are happy to accommodate that as well.
